This position requires discipline, experience, and initiative, with strong multitasking and teamwork skills.<br>Ideal candidates have experience in the rubber\/polymer industry, knowledge of logistics, supply chain, &amp; documentation, and a focus on outstanding customer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Activities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handling and scheduling incoming shipments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing inventories, customer planning, and forwarding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in warehousing, haulage, and freight rate calculations for order placement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing shipping documents and export\/import paperwork<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating among suppliers, customers, warehouses, and service providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifying invoices and import documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborating closely with colleagues at the German headquarters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Core Competences:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A minimum of five years\u2019 experience is required in logistics processes such as cargo forwarding and clearing, order processing and fulfillment, and managing customer supply chains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of SAP Sales &amp; Distribution and Materials Management Modules would be an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills are needed for interacting with both customers and internal teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in B2B customer service, or exposure to similar roles, is highly valued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ideal candidate is proactive and demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Offer:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full time position<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive salary and employment benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities for career advancement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A comprehensive benefits package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees are entitled to paid time off and the mandated company holidays throughout the calendar year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Location:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Richmond, VA or nearby area<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disclaimer:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sponsorship is not available for this position.
