RAW MATERIALS FOR THERMOPLASTICS

The raw materials delivered by WEBER & SCHAER are mostly used
by the PVC industry. They are used in manufacturing soft PVC compounds. They can
be used to modify special characteristics of the final product such as dynamic performance,
compression set, oil resistance and abrasion resistance. The improved extrusion
behaviour during the production process is also of advantage.
The use of peroxides in crosslinked polyethylen improves dimension stability at
high temperatures and increases the overall stability of the final product.
